Nerve Mobilization

Carpal tunnel syndrome, tarsal tunnel syndrome, piriformis syndrome, cubital tunnel syndrome, pronator teres syndrome, or thoracic outlet syndrome may be caused by repetitive strains, postural deviations, or immobility.

Overused muscles or fascial pressure from injury may trap the surrounding nerves causing pain, paresthesias, or decreased range of motive in the neck,

shoulder, arm or leg.

Myofasical release, neuromuscular massage, active isolated stretching or trigger point therapy will free the nerve from the unwanted pressures and release the trigger points to reduce pain and discomfort.
